ABOUT our Speaker Marcia McPherson  

For thirty years, Marcia McPherson has dedicated her life to helping people find the right job with the right company. As the owner and founder of Employment Resources, Inc. for twenty-six years, she has met the needs of both employers and employees. Business owners and human resource professionals know the true significance of hiring smart. The right person can help an organization thrive; the wrong person can wreak havoc. Marcia has the keen ability to observe people noting personalities, work ethic, motivation and skills. She assists businesses in building high performance teams with the ever-changing employment landscape.

Currently, Marcia owns and operates a Consulting firm, MARMC Consultants where she assists companies in strategic talent solutions, career and small business consulting. With the wealth of experience she possesses in talent acquisitions and business operations Marcia, is committed to sharing her knowledge and experience to facilitate growth and development in diverse organizations. 

Prior to her entrepreneurial endeavors, Marcia was the Director of Human Resources for the Ocean Reef Club. Her HR career started from entry level with various promotions to HR Director.

Marcia attended St John’s University and University of Phoenix with Undergraduate degree and Graduate degree in Business.
